KB12 - Mobile drilling rig for more demanding depths

The KB12 is a compact yet powerful drilling rig for professional applications where greater drilling depths, higher clamping forces and more power reserves are required – without sacrificing mobility and flexible application options.

The combination of a robust crawler chassis, strong feed and clamping values, variable drilling methods and optional drive and equipment variants makes the KB12 ideal for well, geothermal, foundation and exploratory drilling, especially where a favorable ratio of drilling performance, transport effort and operating speed is required.

The KB12 particularly demonstrates its strengths when larger diameters, higher tensile/shear loads and longer drilling distances need to be handled, but the use of large multi-ton drilling rigs is not technically, logistically or economically viable.

Result: high drilling performance with manageable operating costs – mobile, stable, economical.
